Pengamalan herba perlulah diserasikan dengan herba yang betul untuk sesuatu penyakit. Sebagai contoh: Pesakit Kencing Manis perlulah mengambil Herba Plantisol, pesakit Darah Tinggi perlulah mengambil Herba Vitex dsb.
